Our pre-primary curriculum consists of international, national or blended curriculum approaches that reflect the context, culture and communities where our students live. Our approaches to learning mirror the interrelated nature of development in early childhood.
Our schools are affiliated with 19 examination boards to provide a choice and serve the needs of the local community. Of these, 17 are national and state, and two are international – the International Baccalaureate and the Cambridge Assessment International Education.
The schools offer quality education for students in urban, rural and remote locations. Students gain the knowledge, skills and attributes to pursue post-secondary education and careers of their choice, as well as the attitudes and values to become pluralistic and ethical leaders.
AKU-EB is a certified nationally recognised examination and education system accounting for a student’s instruction from Grades 6-12. The curriculum is based on the Pakistan National Curriculum and emphasises concept-based learning and the application of knowledge in real-world situations. AKES, Pakistan is transitioning all its secondary schools towards affiliation with AKU-EB.
