Ottawa, Canada, 6 June 2005 - His Highness the Aga Khan initiates the Delegation of the Ismaili Imamat, in the presence of Her Excellency the Right Honourable Adrienne Clarkson, Governor General of Canada. The Delegation will serve a representational role for the Imamat and its non-denominational, philanthropic and development agencies, which constitute the AKDN. His Highness is also invested as honorary Companion of the Order of Canada.
