This annual integrated report and financial statements document was produced by TPS Eastern Africa PLC (Serena Hotels) for shareholders, investors and other stakeholders. It reviews the group’s financial, operational and sustainability performance for the year 2025.

The report outlines Serena Hotels’ portfolio of 22 properties across six African countries, including business performance, tourism market conditions and strategic developments such as hotel refurbishments, digital initiatives and the Prestige Club loyalty programme. It presents environmental, social and governance (ESG) results, including progress towards a net-zero emissions target, solar energy investments, community health programmes and internship opportunities. Since 2017, Serena's solar installations across East Africa have generated 14.2 million kWh of renewable energy and reduced carbon emissions by 9,539 tonnes of CO₂. All seven of Serena's Kenya properties now have solar installations, with Tanzania's lodges and camps scheduled to follow in 2026/27.

The report also assesses the company’s economic impact, estimating a $309 million contribution to East African GDP and support for more than 11,000 jobs, while providing audited financial statements, governance disclosures and details of the Board’s recommendations, including a proposed final dividend for 2025.
