As part of International Women’s Day, the magazine Architectural Digest highlights twelve exceptional architects and designers who have contributed to the region’s modern cultural and architectural landscape. Among them, Noura Al-Sayeh Holtrop is an architect and curator currently working at the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA) as Head of Architectural Affairs. Her work on the Revitalisation of Muharraq won the Aga Khan Award for Architecture in 2019.
