On 25 October, the Aga Khan Education conference closed with an exchange of scholastic material composed of books in three languages to benefit the rural schools of Yumbe, Arua and Koboko.The 13,500 books will benefit 150 schools while 780 books will benefit the visually impaired. As the conference ended, experts also pointed out that political instability in the East African region can create discontent amongst learners if not checked.
