The integrated programme is a collaborative effort between AKHS,P and various Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) agencies, including the Aga Khan Education Service, Pakistan, Aga Khan University – Brain and Mind Institute, Aga Khan Rural Support Programme, Digital Human Resource Centre (DHRC), and the Aga Khan Health Board for Pakistan, among others. “It is deeply encouraging that the governments of Gilgit-Baltistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are aware of the mental health crisis and continue to extend their support. We are committed to working with provincial authorities to take further steps toward improving mental health awareness and services,” said Farida Shah, Head of Community Programs and Donor-Funded Projects at AKHS,P.
