Premier Rachel Notley, Lieutenant Governor Lois Mitchell, and the University of Alberta President David Turpin were among those who gathered at the Aga Khan Garden to greet His Highness. Calling the garden "a sign of Alberta’s welcome to the world," the Premier said, "This is a living testament to a province where differences are valued and diversity thrives. Your Highness, thank you again for your leadership and your incredible, incredible generosity. It’s a beautiful gift to Alberta, its people, and its economy," she continued.
