AKU Health Economics Group Launches Collaborative Research in Pakistan

The Aga Khan University (AKU) has launched a new Health Economics and Policy Group, bringing together leading experts and researchers to strengthen applied health economics and policy research in Pakistan. The group’s inaugural meeting marked the beginning of a dedicated platform to foster collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and evidence-based policy analysis in support of health system decision-making across the country. Through this initiative, AKU aims to cultivate a national network where professionals can engage in meaningful dialogue on health economics and policy. The group is intended to promote collaborative research, encourage professional networking, and build capacity among researchers, academics, and policymakers throughout Pakistan.
