A traveling exhibition titled “The Image of Hardworking Women: Past and Present” opened at Bishkek’s Memorial House-Museum of M.V. Frunze last week. is the exhibition, organised by the Ministry of Culture, Information, and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic, will be dedicated to the role of women in society and their contribution to history through various artistic and documentary materials. It will compare the labour experiences of Kyrgyz women in the 20th century with the lives of modern women, who are also actively working in various fields. The exhibition is part of the “Ayköl Museum” project, which is overseen by the Department of Cultural Heritage and Humanities of the University of Central Asia.
