The richness and historical depth of the Asian Collection of the Museum of Civilizations in Rome will be on display in New Delhi, starting 11 December, for the exhibition Shared Stories. Housed in one of New Delhi's iconic heritage sites, Humayun's Tomb Museum, the exhibition creates a unique dialogue between Italian collections and India's profound cultural heritage, reaffirming the value of international cultural collaboration and the shared commitment to protecting and celebrating global heritage. Promoted by the Italian Cultural Institute in New Delhi in collaboration with the Museo delle Civiltà in Rome, the Aga Khan Trust for Culture in New Delhi, the Centrale Montemartini, and the Museo Barracco in Rome, the exhibition is curated by archaeologist Laura Giuliano and conceived by Andrea Anastasio, director of the Italian Cultural Institute in New Delhi.
