A distinguished medical delegation from Bangkok Hospital, Thailand, visited Karachi from June 18–22, 2026, to strengthen healthcare collaboration and showcase advanced treatment capabilities. The delegation included Deputy Hospital Director Dr. Ekkit Surakarn and internationally recognised spine surgeon Dr. Sorasakdi Vechmamontien. During their visit, the team met with Aga Khan University’s Dean Prof. Karim Damji and Dr. Junaid Razzaq, Head of the Centre of Excellence for Trauma & Emergency, to explore healthcare collaboration. Bangkok Hospital and Catapult Pakistan are working toward formal agreements to expand patient access to international consultations and advanced treatment options.
