On 6 July, the Poverty Eradication Initiative (PEI) organised its clinical skills enhancement trainings for hospital-based health care providers at Centre for Innovation in Medical Education (CIME) Building at the Aga Khan University Hospital (AKUH) in Karachi. On the last day of the event, a certificate distribution ceremony for "Master Trainers" of the programme was conducted by Sindh Health Secretary Dr. Usman Chachar, and attended by AKUH Associate Dean Dr. Asim. SPHP (Sindh Peoples Health Programme) Programme Manager Dr. Qadeer Ahsan said the SPHP programme in collaboration with the AKUH had developed "Clinical Skills Enhancement Training for Health Care Providers" in order to equip the healthcare providers with useful knowledge and trainings.
