The Aga Khan University held its annual convocation 2017 where 360 graduates were awarded degrees in various disciplines. Chief Minister, Syed Murad Ali Shah, attended the convocation as his daughter was also among the graduates. Muhammad Zubair, Governor of Sindh and Chief Guest on the occasion, said that AKU was one of the finest institutes in Pakistan. He expressed satisfaction over the educational standards at the university which, he said, signifies that the educational system is in safe hands.
