Free Mother’s Day Health Camp Held at the Aga Khan Maternal and Child Care Centre, Hyderabad

In celebration of Mother’s Day, the Aga Khan Maternal and Child Care Centre (AKMCCC), Hyderabad, successfully organised a free one-day health camp to provide women with essential healthcare services and expert consultations. The camp aimed to raise awareness about the vital importance of maternal and women’s health, recognising that healthy mothers are the foundation of strong families and thriving communities. The event attracted a large number of women from across the region, many of whom gained access to essential healthcare services at no cost. Participants availed a range of complimentary services, including general health check-ups, blood pressure and blood sugar screenings, reproductive health counselling, BMI evaluations, and child nutrition assessments.
