When Sitora Mirzoeva from Khorog learned she had been awarded the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Prize Winner award for her Audit and Assurance exam, achieving the best result in Tajikistan and entering the top 20 globally, it was not only a professional achievement but also confirmation that perseverance and systematic work can truly change lives. Today, Sitora teaches finance at the University of Central Asia, continues to take ACCA exams, and is preparing for PhD programmes. “I would like to continue to be useful to students, share my experience and help them realise their potential,” she says.
