Tanzania Minister of Health Jenister Mhagama has visited Aga Khan Hospital in Dar es Salaam to assess its readiness in providing healthcare services during the African Energy Summit. The summit, which will gather 25 African Heads of State, Prime Ministers, deputy prime ministers and 60 energy ministers from across Africa as well as key stakeholders, is set to take place over the next two days. She expressed satisfaction with Aga Khan Hospital’s facilities, highlighting the presence of all necessary resources, including an intensive care unit and other critical services. “We have thoroughly inspected the hospital, and everything is in place. The hospital is fully prepared to handle any situation," she said. African leaders are committing to delivering affordable electricity to 300 million people across the continent within five years.
