Highlights from the Cancer Moonshot-White House Africa Cancer Care Forum

The Biden Cancer Moonshot and the US State Department recently hosted the White House Africa Cancer Care Forum. “Great talk by our leader, Professor Miriam Mutebi, the President of the African Organisation for Research and Training in Cancer (AORTIC) Africa, at the White House Africa Cancer Care Forum,” said Khalid El Bairi, an oncology researcher who also attended the event. Dr Mutebi is a Breast Surgical Oncologist and Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery at the Aga Khan University Hospital in Nairobi, Kenya.
