In Kyrgyzstan, as part of the We Care project, the ECD Acceleration Demo Day was held, organised by the country's leading accelerator, Accelerate Prosperity. At the event, entrepreneurs from the Talas and Jalal-Abad regions presented their projects for the development of private kindergartens, demonstrating the results of two months of intensive work and training. The Demo Day became a vivid confirmation that, despite the difficulties and challenges, the desire to improve the preschool education system in the regions of Kyrgyzstan is alive and well. The We Care project continues to support women entrepreneurs, helping them improve access to quality preschool education in the regions of Kyrgyzstan. It also serves as an example of how private initiatives supported by state and international organisations can effectively influence the development of the education system. The Demo Day became a clear confirmation that business projects in the field of preschool education are not only profitable enterprises, but also a powerful engine of social progress. We Care inspires entrepreneurs to create new jobs, improve educational standards and strengthen social ties in the communities where they work. The project is implemented in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Aga Khan Foundation, as part of an initiative funded by the Agency for International Development (USAID).
