The Second International Conference on Early Childhood Development, an initiative by the Aga Khan University’s Institute for Human Development (IHD) will be held in Dar es Salaam (Tanzania) from 7 to 9 November. The conference will present an opportunity for active engagement among leading researchers, programme implementers, educationalists and policy makers involved in early childhood development. The conference programme is centred around the theme “Early Childhood Development in Uncertain Times: From Awareness and Evidence to Commitment and Action”.
