During the 9th Ministerial Conference "Heart of Asia-Istanbul Process", a regional initiative that paves the way for constructive coexistence in the region, especially the reconstruction and revival of Afghanistan to peace and stability in the region, AKDN Resident Representative to Tajikistan Mr. Qozidavlat Qoimdodov presented to the readers his view about the coexistence of borders and diplomacy without borders, the settlement of the 45-year conflict in Afghanistan, the further development of border cooperation and the contribution of international organisations in this area. He, then, explained in an interview the work of the AKDN in Tajikistan.
