Isiolo forms multi-sectoral working group to fast-track Early Childhood Development

Isiolo County, Kenya, has established a Multi-Sectoral Technical Working Group aimed at accelerating Early Childhood Development (ECD) programmes, uniting government, regional and academic partners under one coordinated framework. County Executive Committee Member for Health Services Luqman Ahmed credited Governor Guyo’s administration for steady progress on ECD in recent years and thanked the Aga Khan Foundation and Frontier Counties Development Council for their continued support. “The working group will bring state and non-state actors together to coordinate multi-sectoral engagement and accelerate progress on early childhood development countywide,” Luqman said.
