KICB and AmCham Members Discuss Established Partnership with Citibank

Kyrgyz Investment and Credit Bank (KICB), together with the American Chamber of Commerce in the Kyrgyz Republic, recently held a business breakfast for members of the chamber. During the meeting, the benefits of establishing correspondent banking relationships between KICB and Citibank, a leading partner for financial institutions in cross-border markets, a global leader in asset management, and a highly respected private bank in the domestic US market, were discussed. KICB is an international bank with a history of more than 23 years in the Kyrgyz market, established in 2001 by the Kyrgyz Republic and a host of international financial organisations including the Aga Khan Fund for Economic Development (AKFED). Since 2012, KICB has been an active member of the American Chamber of Commerce in the Kyrgyz Republic (AmCham) - a leading international business association that seeks to create a favorable and competitive business environment in the Kyrgyz Republic and unites more than 120 large, medium and small enterprises from various sectors of the economy.
