Kigali Serena Hotel has been awarded for the 7th time as Rwanda's Leading Hotel 2019 at the 26th World Travel Awards (WTAs) Africa and Indian Ocean Gala held on 1 June in Mauritius. WTAs aims to identify and rewarding travel and hospitality excellence, organisations that are driving the industry to new heights by creating greater and more innovative customer experiences. According to Mr. Mahmud Janmohamed, Managing Director of Serena Hotels, Serena Africa continues to curate and create unique, one-of-a-kind signature experiences at various properties in the five African countries where the leading African hospitality brand has presence.
