Minister of Culture, Information and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic Mirbek Mambetaliev held a meeting with Director General of the Aga Khan Foundation for Culture Luis Monreal in Istanbul (Turkiye). The main purpose of the meeting was to discuss the project for the construction of a new concert hall on the site of the building of the Republican Specialized Music Boarding School named after Mukash Abdraev in Bishkek, as well as to familiarize themselves with the financial calculations of the project. Following the meeting, the fulfilment of the articles of the signed memorandum between the Ministry of Culture, Information and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Aga Khan Foundation for Culture, scheduled for September 17, 2025, was confirmed.
