Mwananchi Communications Limited (MCL) women employees have joined their fellows globally to commemorate International Women’s Day 2019. MCL human resource manager, Aika Massawe, reiterated the need for empower women especially those from rural areas to enable them to realise their goals. Mwananchi newspaper news editor, Lilian Timbuka, said the event was a catalyst for women to continue working hard without fear or favour.
