In India, a group of women trained in up-to-date goat-rearing techniques are helping generate livelihoods and upend patriarchy, thanks to the Project Mesha (goat nursing skills) - a programme run by the Aga Khan Foundation and supported by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation - that aims to generate employment among women in rural areas.
