Daily Monitor has successfully held the first of its three virtual 2020 Seeds of Gold Farm Clinics (an agricultural initiative launched by Nation Media Group to bring together farmers, government officials and experts to interact, learn from each other and exchange ideas). The maiden session held on 24 October sought to effectively address both fish and coffee farming. Speaking on behalf of this year's headline sponsor, Head Agribusiness at Stanbic bank, Ms Melisa Nyakwera said, "We are using such farm clinics to address the knowledge gaps to ensure that people use knowledge based farming practices that will lead to increased productivity." Nation Media Group Activations and Promotions Officer, Mr Esau Joshua Jaafa, confirmed that the remaining two Seeds of Gold events will be held on 28 November and 12 December.
