The State Education Department signed an MoU with the Aga Khan Foundation (AKF) to improve the learning outcome of students in primary government schools of the districts of Patna and Samastipur. As per the MoU, AKF will provide technical support in improving the learning outcome of students from classes III to V. Sameer Jha, AKF State programme Officer said AKF would identify the learning level of students through an assessment and will be taught accordingly.
