Nairobi Serena Hotel in Kenya has announced the completion of phase one of its ongoing refurbishment. The recently completed upgrades and new facilities to the five-star hotel’s north wing include 95 fully upgraded guest rooms, an upgraded hotel reception and lobby, a state-of-the-art conference centre, new executive lounge and parking silo. The second phase of refurbishment, which commenced in September 2018, is taking place on the hotel’s south wing. It is expected to be completed by the second quarter of this year.
