The Nation Media Group (NMG) has announced the appointment of two new directors to its Board, effective 1 July 2024. According to an announcement dated 2 July 2024, Nancy Booker has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director. She is currently the Dean and Associate Professor at the Graduate School of Media and Communications
The Nation Media Group (NMG) has announced the appointment of two new directors to its Board, effective 1 July 2024. According to an announcement dated 2 July 2024, Nancy Booker has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director. She is currently the Dean and Associate Professor at the Graduate School of Media and Communications at the Aga Khan University (AKU). Additionally, Paul Kasimu has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Kasimu is a renowned human resource thought leader with a distinguished career in organisational design, strategic leadership, and change management. “The Board of Directors warmly welcomes Nancy Booker and Paul Kasimu to the Nation Media Group. Their impressive backgrounds and expertise will greatly contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the company,” said Angela Namwakira, Company Secretary, in the announcement.
