Princess Zahra Aga Khan, daughter of Prince Karim Aga Khan, recently visited Chitral, Pakistan as part of a two-day private visit. Member of the Provincial Assembly, Fatihul Mulk, and officials of the district administration welcomed the distinguished guest upon her arrival at Chitral Airport. GB Governor Syed Mehdi Shah, Chief Minister Haji Gulbar Khan, and his cabinet members met with Princess Zahra during her visit to the region. Earlier, Princess Zahra visited Gilgit-Baltistan, where she inspected several uplift projects being executed by the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN). She also visited ongoing projects in the education and health sectors aimed at improving the lives of impoverished communities in the region. She praised the AKDN staff for their strenuous efforts and encouraged them to continue the uplift projects with zeal and zest to help vulnerable communities.
