ACGME International (ACGME-I) announced the winners of the 2027 ACGME International Awards, celebrating those who have shown extraordinary dedication to graduate medical education at institutions and programmes accredited by ACGME-I around the world. Danish Abdul Aziz, Paediatrics Programme Director, Aga Khan University Hospital, Sindh, Pakistan, received the Physician Educator Award, which honours programme directors and faculty members directly involved in teaching residents and fellows and caring for patients. Betty Muchai, Programme Coordinator, Department of Medicine, Aga Khan University Hospital, Nairobi, Kenya, won the Staff Award, which honours administrators and other staff members who have provided extraordinary service to the educational process, to residents and fellows.
