Shabana Khatoon is the supervisor of the Community Based Saving Group (CBSG) of women in Haramosh Valley, Gilgit-Baltistan. Her main task is to mobilise women, arrange monthly meetings and encourage them to save more. She plans to open first ever ladies shop and beauty parlor in her village.

The webinar was attended by diverse local and international stakeholders, including Princess Zahra who shared her views on how to make headways in the gender diversity landscape, and also shared her experience on what steps can make a difference.
