Tajikistan mobile operator Tcell has introduced delivery of SIM cards to customers at home. The operator will provide this service to all its subscribers wanting to connect, replace, resume or register their SIM cards. The service is available in 25 cities and towns across the country. The areas covered are planned to expand in the future.
