Tajikistan operator Tcell has introduced a promotion focused on subscribers of its Darkor 30, Allo 30 and higher tariff plans. Customers paying subscription rates for services will get a free co-branded bank card from Tcell and use of the Dushanbe City payment system. Cashback totaling 50 percent of the payment will be transferred to a balance of the card. The card will enable people to transfer money to Russia without any commission fee, as well as to pay for various goods and services.
