Dr Geoffrey Fisher, Director of the Aga Khan Academy (AKA), Hyderabad, has laid emphasis on quality of teaching and leadership to give students a better future in the highly competitive global environment as the education sector has undergone many changes over the past years. Asked about Bangladeshi students in the AKA, Dr Fisher said they were interested to develop their own skills and to assist others develop skills. He added a similar Aga Khan Academy will be established in Dhaka within the next three years and that the academies were founded to be examples of excellence and centres of excellence.
