The University of Central Asia (UCA) and Kyrgyzstan’s High Technology will host the first annual International Conference on Digital Transformation in Central Asia from 4 to 6 October. "There is no escaping the digital transformation taking place over the past three decades, and the growing sophistication of the cell phone is a constant reminder of this new reality," says UCA. "It impacts every aspect of our lives – at home and work. There is an increasing recognition that technology can also level the playing field for emerging economies with their asymmetrical resources." The Conference is expected to be an important gathering of Chief Information Officers and IT leaders in Central Asia. It will provide opportunities to meet and discuss the latest approaches to solving intriguing challenges in various fields such as data collection and analysis.
