The awards, covering 2014 to 2016, recognised the practice’s new building for think tank, the Issam Fares Institute for Public Policy and International Affairs, on the campus of the American University of Beirut. Won in an international competition 10 years ago, the ‘radical but respectful’ 3,000m² building was completed in 2014.
