Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 17 March 2026 – His Highness Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Minister of Defence of the UAE, met with supporters of the “Edge of Life” campaign, to which His Highness the Aga Khan has committed $100 million over the next five years. Sheikh Hamdan expressed appreciation to His Highness and other supporters, emphasising the importance of global collaboration in combating childhood hunger and supporting vulnerable communities.

“Edge of Life” is an initiative aimed at rescuing five million children from hunger worldwide. The campaign operates under Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives in partnership with leading organisations including UNICEF, Save the Children, Children's Investment Fund Foundation and Action Against Hunger.
