Provides guidance and counselling in the area of health to students, staff, and parents according to professional standards whenever need arises Contacting parents when any child needs to be sent home due to sickness, injuries or other health related problem. First Aid Carrying out of all duties relating to nursing and first aid applications. Maintain First Aid boxes and necessary supplies in the sickbay. Acting on any emergency matter immediately by taking the affected child to the hospital if immediate contact with parents cannot be made or the situation calls for it Record Keeping Maintaining a register of all parents reporting for sickness. Maintain accurate nurse’s notes and records, including summaries of services provided. Be competent and up to date with current child protection policies and procedures Record and report all cases of diagnosed or suspected communicable disease to the school administration. Sick bay Management Maintain an inventory of health room supplies. Ensure that the surroundings of the sickbay both within and outside the building are clean. Ensuring that the filters of the water coolers and glasses are clean at all times. Report environmental conditions which may adversely affect the safety and health of the students and staff. -

Role Summary. Responsible for installing masonry blocks and other related building materials, mixing cement and mortar, and restoring old and damaged masonry works. In addition, must have some experience performing repairs on different piping systems, unblocking drains, fixing leaks, installing pipes and general plumbing duties. Key Responsibilities. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify any issues that may require repair or maintenance of the building fabric. Review and execute job orders daily. Restoring old and worn-out masonry. Construct new masonry walls and paving slabs/cabro blocks. Repair of plasterwork. Painting structures. Repair of stormwater /drainage manholes and assist in cleaning and unblocking respectively. Assist in diagnosis of plumbing problems and perform repairs. Assist to Install, assemble, maintain, and repair pipes and plumbing fixtures. Asist in general plumbing including unblocking toilets, unblocking stacks and, pipework (PPR or PVC) Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections carried out. Position Summary The Security Manager will drive safety, security, and risk management initiatives for Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan (AKHS, P). S/he will develop and implement risk-based strategies, policies, standards, and procedures in line with wider AKDN policy. A strategic safety and security perspective will be maintained through links with local organizations and official departments in order to inform appropriate operational level decisions for AKHS, P country operations. Key Responsibilities Security Management and Planning Develop and implement a structured safety and security management system, in line with the AKDN Security Level System (SLS), and provide directions on safety and security strategy, policy, standards and procedures. Develop and implement the mandated (SLS) assessments, procedures, plans, and mechanisms appropriate to regional threat levels. Oversee the planning, implementation and quality control of AKHS, P security manpower, technical assets, and physical protection measures such as CCTV cameras, access control systems, alarm systems, and firefighting equipment, are appropriate, maintained and correctly utilized. Collect and analyze security information and disseminate security advisories. Review and implement the safety and security mitigation strategies, manage the remedial action plans, and lead the audit process. Incident Management Develop and maintain a critical incident management team (CIMT) and prepare contingency plans to manage critical incidents, including coordination and supporting emergency services during critical incidents. Support the supervisor and CIMT and manage all safety and security aspects of incident response. Develop and maintain a communications system that is robust enough to ensure reliable communications with required services and personnel in an emergency. Report all safety and security incidents in a timely manner and participate in any after-action reviews. Coordination and Relationships Establish relationships with the relevant law enforcement agencies, community leaders, and emergency services to ensure their support as required. Actively participate in monthly security coordination cell (SCC) meetings. Work under functional guidance and in close coordination with the Department of International Security (DIS) and AKHS global security. Maintain regular contact and coordination with the security focal points of AKDN sister agencies. Deliver or coordinate safety and security training and drills for AKHS, P personnel. Conduct or coordinate safety and security training for security guards, drivers, and support staff on a regular basis. Provide an in-country security briefing to international staff and visitors. Provide quarterly country security reports to the supervisor and senior leadership team (SLT). Ensure the safety and security induction and briefing of all new employees. Ensure the statutory standards for fire and first aid preparedness are met and that provision for fire and first aid training is made where applicable. Private Security Advise on the selection of sub- contracted security service companies (guards/technical security/response) and manage such contracts to ensure the operational requirement stated by AKHS, P Senior Leadership Team is properly met. Manage the activities and performance of contracted private security providers in accordance with AKHS, P policies, established KPIs, and the service agreement. Conduct quarterly review meetings with the private security company. Support Investigate safety and security breaches and non-compliance. The Climate Change Coordinator drives climate mitigation and adaptation initiatives, focusing on GHG emissions management, sustainable practices, and climate risk assessment. Key responsibilities include conducting training, performing environmental assessments, and developing resilience strategies across AKAH programs. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct training, workshops, research related to GHG emission, environmental sustainability and Climate Change mitigation and adaptation measures including carbon sequestration. Provide technical guidance and support to built-environment, emergency management and development programs to implement mitigation and adaptation measures to reduce impact of climate change. Provide technical input in proposals to key donors in the area of Climate Change. Review the quarterly report of GHG emissions of AKAH and based on that develop strategies for reduction in alignment with global strategy and goals to go net zero by 2030. Be the AKAH India focal point for environment management, nature-based solutions, and climate action initiatives of head office across built-environment, emergency management and development programs. Work closely with the program teams to conduct environmental assessments, calculate emissions at program / project level and plan mitigation measures in accordance with the best practices. Conduct regular program site visits to ensure environmental compliance, suggest improvements, and report the findings with senior leadership team. Contribute to the urban habitat risk resilience program by conducting analysis of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions and develop mitigation strategies. Conduct climate risk assessment of neighborhoods using climate and satellite data measuring the effects of climate change especially urban heat island in areas of interest. -
